Umbusso Engineers (Pty) Ltd is a South African engineering, procurement, construction and maintenance company working in power generation, mining, petrochemical and heavy industry. Our work happens where it is hardest to schedule and most expensive to get wrong: inside operating plant, within fixed outage windows, under permit-to-work and isolation regimes that leave no room for improvisation.

We manufacture and refurbish conveyor pulleys and drive components, repair gearboxes and rotating equipment, fabricate and weld pressure piping and structural steel to ISO 3834-2, rubber-line pipes and tanks for slurry service, maintain and load-test overhead cranes and lifting tackle, and manage contracts and outage scopes end to end. Our quality, environmental and safety management systems are certified to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, and we hold CIDB Grade 7 in the mechanical, civil and general building classes.
